Right of withdrawal — EU

If you live in the European Union, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason and without penalty (Directive 2011/83/EU). Where an order is delivered in several parcels, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

To exercise it, write to contact@catbliss.pet with your order number, or use the contact form. Any clear statement is enough. You may use the model form below, but you are not obliged to.

What happens next

We acknowledge your withdrawal without delay. You then have 14 days to send the goods back to the address we give you. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back — or of receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier — using the same means of payment you used, at no charge.

Two things to know. The cost of returning the goods is borne by you. And import VAT or customs charges you paid on delivery are not refunded by us: depending on your country, you may be able to reclaim them from your own customs authority.
