A 4 MP camera in 2K with full-colour night vision, in a shell that can go and find her rather than wait for her to walk past. Two-way audio, both directions: you speak, she lifts her head. This is the part that answers the only question that actually keeps you awake — not does she have food, but is she alright.
02 — It plays without anyone holding it
A built-in laser she can hunt across the floor, on a robot that moves — whether you're in a meeting, on a train, or asleep in another time zone. Nobody has to be there for the chase to happen.
03 — It moves. That is the whole difference.
A static toy is furniture by Wednesday. This one drives from room to room — steered by you from the app, or cruising on its own with intelligent detection. And when she knocks it over, which she will: the roly-poly shell rights itself and the game continues. A cat with something to hunt indoors has one less reason to go looking for it outside.
04 — A feather she can actually catch
Chasing a dot she can never catch frustrates some cats — so the robot carries a clip-on feather wand too. The hunt can end with something real in her paws, which is how a hunt is supposed to end.
05 — Driven from your phone
The app (iOS and Android) drives it like a tiny car, starts the laser or the auto-cruise, and sends an alert when movement is detected. One object: her toy, and your eyes on her — from wherever you are.

What we will not tell you.
The laser should never be aimed at her eyes — or anyone else's — and a dot she can't catch is exactly why the feather wand is in the box: end the chase with something she can hold. Like everything on Wi-Fi, it goes down when the connection does, and it speaks 2.4 GHz only. Cloud recording is optional and may involve a subscription — nothing you need to use it as a toy and a live camera. And it is a companion, not a sitter: veterinary guidance for a healthy adult cat left alone stays 24 to 48 hours.
